Soft Hooked Strips
These soft hooked strips are a very helpful tool when collecting and sorting loose hair strands. Comes in a pair (2 pcs). Approx. 3 in x 2.5 in (7.6 cm x 6.3 cm), they may vary slightly in size.
To use: simply press two strips together to secure your hair strands in between.
As further explained in my Guide to Hair Collection these work the same as a wig maker’s drawing mat with sharp metal teeth. You can pull at the ends of and slide (draw) out chosen strands, typically the longest, without disturbing the rest of the bunch and making a big mess. These are cheap, soft, and can be cut to size, which makes them more convenient to use when working with small amounts of hair as opposed to the traditional hard drawing board/mats.
